1.NTN ball bearings with dripping oil
The dripping oil of NTN bearings is suitable for NTN bearing parts that require a quantitative supply of smooth oil. The amount of dripping oil is preferably one drop every 3-8 seconds. Excessive oil quantity will cause the NTN bearing temperature to increase.
The oil bath of NTN bearings is smooth. Oil bath smooth is the standard smoothing method in most NTN bearings. It is suitable for the smoothness of low and medium speed NTN ball bearings. The NTN ball bearing is partially immersed in the groove, and the smooth oil is taken up by the rotating bearing parts, and then flows back to the oil groove. The oil level shall be slightly lower than the center of the lowest rolling body.
2.NTN ball bearings with circulating oil
The circulating oil of the NTN ball bearing is smooth. The filtered oil is delivered to the NTN bearing parts by an oil pump. After the smooth oil passing through the NTN bearing, it is filtered and cooled before use. Because the circulating oil can take away a small amount of heat, and make the NTN bearing cool down, this method is actually used for NTN bearing components with high speed.
The spray of NTN bearings is smooth, and the oil mist is caused by mixing dull contraction air with the smooth oil through the sprayer. The radiation of NTN bearings can effectively cool the NTN bearings to prevent the intrusion of impurities. This method is fitting for the smoothness of high-speed and low-temperature NTN bearing components.
3.NTN ball bearings with oil pump
NTN bearing's radial smoothing uses an oil pump to shoot low-pressure oil into the NTN bearing through the nozzle, while the oil injected into the NTN bearing flows into the oil tank through the other end of the NTN ball bearing. When the NTN ball bearing rotates at high speed, the rolling elements, and the cage also cause a flow of air around the air at a relatively high-rotation speed.
It is difficult to deliver the smooth oil to the NTN ball bearing in individual smoothing methods. The oil is injected into the NTN ball bearing, and the position of nozzle should be located between the inner ring and the center of the cage.
When you are inspecting NTN bearings, do not expose the bearings to contaminants or moisture. If work is interrupted, the machine should be covered with a greased plastic sheet or similar material. In order to judge if the removed NTN ball bearing can be reused, it is crucial to check its dimensional /rotation accuracy, internal clearance and mating surfaces, raceway surfaces, cages, and seals.
When we clean NTN ball bearings, the commonly used cleaning agents are neutral water-free diesel or kerosene, and sometimes mild alkaline solutions are also used as required. No matter what kind of cleaning agent is used, always filter to keep it clean. After cleaning, we should immediately apply anti-rust oil or anti-rust grease to NTN bearings.
