Something about INA Bearing that You Have to Know

Source: FAG bearings  Tags: News

INA bearing is a kind of bearing lubricated by thin grease and oil mist. It is an essential part of modern mechanical equipment. The primary function is to support the mechanical rotating body, reduce the friction coefficient in the process of its movement, and ensure its rotation accuracy.

INA Bearing was initially manufactured in Germany, but with the development of world technology and transportation network, INA Bearing distributors are all over the world, including Eric Bearing Co., Ltd.

Ina bearings are generally divided into four categories: INA deep groove ball bearing, INA angular contact ball bearing, and INA cylindrical roller bearing.

  INA deep groove ball bearing

INA deep groove ball bearing is mainly used to take pure radial load but also can carry radial load and axial load at the same time. When it only carries the radial load, the contact angle is zero. When the deep groove ball bearing has ample radial clearance, it has the performance of angular contact bearing and can bear large axial load. The friction coefficient of the deep groove ball bearing is minimal, and the limit speed is also very high, especially under the high-speed operation condition with sizeable axial load, the deep groove ball bearing has more advantages than the thrust ball bearing. The deep groove ball bearing is the most representative rolling bearing, which is widely used. It is suitable for high-speed and even extremely high-speed operation, and it is very durable without regular maintenance. This kind of bearing has a small friction coefficient, high limit speed, simple structure, low manufacturing cost, and high manufacturing accuracy. It is widely used in precision instruments, quiet noise motors, automobiles, motorcycles, general machinery, and other industries.

  INA Angular contact ball bearing

Angular contact ball bearing can bear radial load and axial load at the same time and can work at a higher speed. The larger the contact angle is, the higher the axial bearing capacity is. High precision and high-speed bearings usually have a 15-degree contact angle. Under the action of the axial force, the contact angle will increase. This kind of bearing can be divided into single row angular contact ball bearing and double row angular contact ball taking. Single row angular contact ball bearing can be used for: machine tool spindle, high-frequency motor, gas turbine, centrifugal separator, small car front wheel, differential pinion shaft; double row angular contact ball bearing can be used for: oil pump, roots blower, air compressor, various transmissions, fuel injection pump, printing machinery.

INA cylindrical roller bearing

Large load capacity, mainly bearing radial load. The friction between the rolling body and the retaining edge of the ferrule is small, which is suitable for high-speed rotation. According to whether the bushing has a flange, it can be divided into Nu, NJ, NUP, N, NF, and other single-row bearings, and NNU, NN, and other double row bearings. The bearing is a separable structure of the inner ring and outer ring. The inner ring and outer ring of cylindrical roller bearing without flange can move relative to the axial direction so that it can be used as a free-end bearing. A cylindrical roller bearing with double ribs on one side of the inner ring and outer ring and a single flange on the other side of the ferrule can carry a certain degree of axial load in one direction. Generally, a steel plate stamping cage or copper alloy car cage is used. But some use polyamide shaped pens.

Cylindrical roller bearings are suitable for large and medium-sized motors, locomotives, machine tool spindles, internal combustion engines, generators, gas turbines, reduction boxes, rolling mills, vibrating screens, hoisting and transportation machinery, etc.
