The elastic contact between the ring and the rolling element constitutes a nonlinear vibration system. NSK bearing cleaning process
When overhauling the assembled NSK bearings, first record the appearance of the bearings, confirm the remaining amount of smoothing agent, and clean the bearings after sampling. The cleaning agent widely uses gasoline and kerosene. The removed bearing is divided into coarse washing and fine washing. Put the metal mesh in the container first so that the bearing does not directly contact the dirt in the container.
During rough washing, if the bearing rotates with dirt, it will damage the NSK bearing rolling surface, and it should be paid attention to.
