INA Group's newly developed the steel cage have applied to the new long life of D-type machined needle roller bearings by optimizing molding production, which greatly improve the bearing capacity of the bearing. Based on the design, the number and the effective length of INA needle has increased than the the other bearings with the same size. For example, needle bearing INA NK 55/25-D-XL manufactured by newly long life machine, its bearing capacity improved 25%. This type of bearing can achieve the same bearing capactity as previous long life needle bearing of INA NK 75/25-XL.
Compared with the traditional needle bearing, this new cage and rolling element combinations generated by the friction torque is significantly reduced. Rotating at 4000 r/min NK 45/20 friction losses of the long life double needle cage bearing is lower 25 to 30 watts than the traditional plastic cage bearing. This means that with double needle keep frame of INA needle bearing can save the energy equivalent to a light bulb.
